Ann is a long time Florida resident originally from upstate New York. After graduating from FAU in Boca Raton with her BBA in marketing, she has spent over 30 years in Volusia County where she raised three children (and several dogs lol) in Port Orange. Focusing on real estate from all angles, Ann has a keen eye for recognizing property potential. She gained extensive experience managing rentals, upgrading beach houses, and giving countless homes a new chance to shine with glowing results. Ms. Panaggio enjoys the tranquility of lake life in Deland and is focusing her sales career on helping Floridians evolve from seller to buyer—working together seamlessly to find their new optimal home. When she occasionally slows down, Ann enjoys nature photography, hiking with her german shepherd Mitt, and cooking up feasts whenever family is in town!
